I might be wrong, it looks to me that you exaggerate a little the importance of Ignatieff’s ideology. He, Alinsky, et al were providing guidance to community organizers. These people are the dangerous ones, they organize the mob. The mob does not care about the intricacies of ideologies, the old “bread and show” works well. Current events confirm it – the shows of fire, dismantling of monuments, and bread in form of donations from some companies.
