Не следует думать, что боевые отряды Демократической партии – раньше это был ККК, а теперь Антифа и БЛМ – это какая-то аномалия. Вспомним других, советских леваков – там уголовники рассматривались как “социально близкие элементы”, в то время как “политические” (инакомыслящие, диссиденты, и другие “неблагонадежные”) рассматривались как “социально опасные” или “социально чуждые” элементы. Кто первым, искренне, и всегда с энтузиазмом отзывался на социалистический лозунг “Грабь награбленное”? Правильно – те, кто имеет опыт в грабежах.

Одна из версий того, почему левые в Советском Союзе рассматривали уголовников “близкими”, основана на том, что якобы Сталин, сам бывший уголовник, профессиональный грабитель банков, придя к власти, рассматривал себя как пахан всероссийской банды. Эта версия, разумеется, является поздней, и появилась уже после смерти Сталина. К сожалению, эта версия не объясняет, почему бандиты рассматривались “социально близкими” еще до того, как Сталин стал единоличным правителем.

Бандиты считались “социально близкими” еще до коммунистического переворота 1917 года (за 8 месяцев до переворота полиция была упразднена, а все уголовники отпущены на свободу), и в последующей Гражданской войне российские бандиты широко использовались большевиками (Котовский, Мишка Японец, Камо, и тысячи других). Ответ лежит в весьма прагматической плоскости – уголовники были полезны большевикам как до, так и после прихода к власти.

Если до прихода левых к власти уголовники были полезны большевикам для создания хаоса (читай – “предпосылок к революции”), то после прихода левых к власти в России выяснилось, что уголовники, как правило, нигде и никогда не замахивались на ниспровержение существующего государственного строя. В результате этого сотрудничества в России в XX веке левыми был создан политический бандитизм – натравливание преступников на “классовых врагов” и “неблагонадежных”, и американские левые успешно переняли этот опыт. Это было не первым изобретением левых – в России в XIX веке левыми же был создан политический терроризм, который тоже дал метастазы по всему миру.

Кроме того, господствующая среди левых теория “социального дарвинизма” давала простой ответ на вопрос о том, откуда, собственно, берутся преступники. Оказывается, преступники возникают из-за “неблагоприятных условий”. Поэтому мало кто из погромщиков Антифа и БЛМ попали за решетку – а те, которые попали, были в массе своей отпущены на свободу. Дело в том, что, согласно “социальному дарвинизму”, нужно не наказывать преступника, не сажать его в тюрьму, а просто поместить его в другие, более благоприятные условия. И тогда – о чудо! – преступник исправится, “перевоспитается”.

В результате этой “прогрессивной” идеи, которую иначе как юридической лысенковщиной не назовешь, в начале ХХ века тюрьмы исчезли (причем не только в России, но и практически во всех странах), а на их месте появились “исправительные” и “исправительно-трудовые” заведения. В этих заведения преступники должны “исправиться”, то есть “найти свое место в жизни” и “реализовать свои способности”. С точки зрения левых, наказывать надо политическую оппозицию, причем наказывать жестоко, а “социально близкий” контингент, наоборот, поощрять “реализовать свои способности”. Поэтому, если консерваторы считают разграбление магазинов преступлением, то “прогрессивные” левые считают это “нахождением своего места в жизни”.

Другой постулат “прогрессивных” левых гласит, что подавляющее большинство преступлений совершается либо против “капиталистического общества”, либо против “владельцев частной собственности”. Вывод, который отсюда делают левые, однозначен – уголовники являются естественными союзниками левых просто-напросто из-за наличия у них общего капиталистического врага. В левой литературе можно найти множество примеров восхваления и романтизации уголовников – вспомним Робин Гуда, флибустьеров, Вито Корлеоне, и многочисленных друзей Оушена.

Наконец, еще одна, хорошо известная догма марксизма, которая не изменилась за последние сто лет, состоит в том, что сотрудники полиции являются классовыми врагами левых. То, что в Америке многих полицейских заставили преклонить колени перед погромщиками из БЛМ, никогда не преследовало цели унизить или оскорбить полицейских. Цель состояла в установлении контроля над полицией для ее нейтрализации, а не в человеческом унижении. С точки зрения левых, с коленопреклоненными полицейскими никогда не поступали “негуманно”, они рассматриваются БЛМ как поверженные, раскаявшиеся, и, возможно, заслуживающие пощады классовые враги.

Поскольку бандиты, мародеры, погромщики, и другие уголовники являются для левых “социально близкими”, что должны требовать левые? Правильно – они должны требовать роспуска полиции или хотя бы уменьшения финансирования полицейских. Поскольку полиция выступает против “социально близких”, она сразу же становится в когорту “социально опасных”. Левые в России столетие назад добились роспуска полиции, и левые в Америке тоже требуют либо роспуска, либо, в качестве компромисса, нейтрализации полиции.

В Советском Союзе “социально близкие” уголовники, как правило, при первой же возможности устраивали для себя «государство в государстве» – либо в пределах тюрьмы, либо в пределах лагерной зоны, либо на свободе. В США “социально близкие” погромщики при первой же возможности установили во многих городах “автономные зоны”. По Америке в 2018–2020 годах прокатилась вакханалия погромов, грабежей, и поджогов, которая привела к созданию “автономных зон”, куда полицейским вход запрещен.

Прообразами “автономных зон” в Америке выступили многочисленные, но мелкомасштабные “оккупационные зоны” прошлого – такие, например, как “Оккупируй Уолл-стрит”. С помощью таких “оккупационных зон” левыми был протестирован уровень толерантности городских властей к публичным дефекациям, блокировке дорог, массовым изнасилованиям единомышленниц, и других формам “протеста против капитализма”.

Левые прекрасно осознают свою естественную связь с уголовным миром, поэтому считают задачу криминализации оппозиции и инакомыслящих одной из основных. Ленинский террор, сталинский террор, нацистский террор, кубинский террор и маоистский террор на самом деле являются вариантами ортодоксального левого террора.

Криминализация диссидентов – это попытка левых “уравнять шансы” игры на политическом поле.

Все без исключения левые режимы пришли к этому выводу – от Французской революции до концлагерей ХХ века и до расстрельных полей Камбоджи. Не является исключением и администрация Байдена, которая планирует вернуться к практике тотальной слежки времен Обамы. Теперь слежка за “подозрительными” и “неугодными” гражданами, которые, однако, не совершили никакого преступления, будет проводиться частными компаниями по контракту с правительством. Государственные правоохранительные органы для подобной слежки должны следовать многочисленным юридическим процедурам. По сравнению с ними частные компании имеют гораздо большую свободу.

Левые считают сами себя “хорошо образованными”, в отличие от инакомыслящих – людей “необразованных” и “недалеких”. (Добавим сюда приписывание инакомыслящим психических болезней – в СССР “судебная психиатрия” была поставлена на поток, а в Америке несколько лет призывали заочно приписать президенту Трампу диагноз психически больного). Поэтому объединение усилий левых и уголовников, которое, на первый взгляд, выглядит либо просто глупостью, либо как идеологический маразм или политическая паранойя, является на самом деле просто догмой. Догмой, которой с мессианским упорством следуют левые.

Откровенные симпатии американских левых к “социально близким” уголовникам в настоящее время проявляются настолько явно, что никто даже не пытается это скрыть. Жесткие репрессии против участников безоружного протеста 6 января 2021 года не идут ни в какое сравнение с абсолютной апатией и показательной индифферентностью правоохранительных органов к вооруженным холодным и огнестрельным оружием погромщикам 2018–2020 годов. Прошло около ста лет после того, как советские коммунисты протянули руку помощи “социально близкому” криминалитету, но идея не устарела – их американские идеологические последователи ни на йоту не отступили от намеченного плана.

При этом политические репрессии левых не имеют под собой ничего личного. Если на вас нападет активист Антифа или БЛМ (который благодаря своему хорошему образованию даже не подозревает, что он – неомарксист), не отчаивайтесь. Это бизнес, просто бизнес. Левый политический бизнес. Неомарксисты считают, что поворот Америки влево завершен, и следующий этап – ее советизация.

One shouldn’t think the Democratic Party militants – formerly the KKK (by now a marginal group with almost nothing behind the website) and now the exhumed Antifa and BLM – are some kind of anomaly.  Recall other leftists.  Recall the Soviet Union, where criminals were viewed as “socially close elements.”  In contrast, politics-related people (dissidents, nonconformists, “undesirable,” and other “unreliables”) were viewed as “socially dangerous” or “socially alien.”  Who is always the first to sincerely and enthusiastically respond to the socialist slogan “rob the loot”?  That’s right – those who have experience in robbery and looting.

Before the left came to power, criminals were helpful to the Bolsheviks in creating chaos (read: “prerequisites for revolution”).  After the left came to power, it became clear that criminals, as a rule, never intended to overthrow the existing government.  As a result of this cooperation, in Russia in the 20th century, the leftists created political banditry – i.e., using criminals against “class enemies” and “politically unreliable” ones – and the American left successfully adopted the idea of using malefactors.  (Should we say femalefactors or personfactors in Newspeak?)

In addition, the prevailing theory of “social Darwinism” among the left provided a simple answer to the question of where, in fact, criminals come from.  It turns out that criminals arise from “unfavorable conditions.”  It’s known that few of the Antifa and BLM mayhem participants were imprisoned – and those who were, for the most part, were released.  The fact is that, according to social Darwinism, one should not punish the criminal, not put him in prison, but simply place him in other, more favorable conditions.  And then – lo and behold! – the criminal will be corrected, “re-educated.”

As a result of this “progressive” idea, which cannot be called anything other than judicial Lysenkoism, at the beginning of the 20th century, prisons disappeared (not only in Russia, but practically in all countries), and in their place appeared “correction” and “corrective labor” facilities.  In these establishments, criminals must “reform” – that is, “find their place in life” and “realize their abilities.”  From the left’s point of view, it is necessary to severely punish the political opposition.  At the same time, the “socially close” contingent should be encouraged to “realize their abilities.”  Therefore, while conservatives consider shoplifting and looting crimes, the “progressive” leftists consider them “finding their place in life.”

Another postulate of the “progressive” left is that the overwhelming majority of crimes are committed either against “capitalist society” or against “owners of private property.”  The conclusion the left draws from this is unambiguous: criminals are natural allies, simply because they have a common capitalist enemy.  In the literature of the left, you can find many examples of the praise, glorification, and romanticization of criminals.  Recall Robin Hood, pirates, Vito Corleone, and numerous friends of Danny Ocean.

Finally, another well-known Marxist dogma that has not changed over the past hundred years is that the police force is the class enemy of the left.  In America, many police officers were forced to kneel before the BLM thugs.  However, it was never intended to humiliate or insult the police.  The goal was to establish control over the police to neutralize them, not officers’ humiliation.  From the point of view of the left, the kneeling policemen have never been treated “inhumanely”; BLM views them as class enemies, defeated, repentant, and begging for mercy.

Since bandits, marauders, pogrom-mongers, and other criminals are “socially close” to the left, what should the left demand?  That’s right: they should demand the dissolution of the police or at least a reduction in police funding.  Since the police oppose the “socially close” folks, they immediately become “socially dangerous.”  Leftists in Russia had dissolved police successfully.  The left in America demands either the dissolution or, as a compromise, the neutralization of the police force.

In the Soviet Union, “socially close” criminals at the first opportunity arranged for themselves a “state within a state” – either inside a prison or within a concentration camp, or at large.  In the United States, “socially close” bandits established “autonomous zones” in many cities at the earliest opportunity, too.  A bacchanalia of pogroms, robberies, and arson swept across America in 2018–2020, which led to the creation of “autonomous zones” where police officers are prohibited from entering.

America’s “autonomous zones” were inspired by the numerous but small-scale “occupation zones” of the past, such as “Occupy Wall Street.”  With the help of such occupation zones, the leftist swashbucklers had tested the degree of tolerance of the city authorities for public defecation, blocking off traffic, mass rapes of ideologically brainwashed women, and other forms of “protests against capitalism.”

The left is well aware of its natural connection with the criminal world; therefore, leftists consider criminalizing the opposition and dissidents one of the main goals.  The Leninist terror, the Stalinist terror, the Nazi terror, the Cuban terror, and the Maoist terror are, in fact, variants of orthodox left-wing terror.

The criminalization of dissent is an attempt by the left to “level the political playing field.”

Without exception, all leftist regimes have come to this conclusion – from the French Revolution to the concentration camps of the twentieth century to Cambodia’s execution fields.  The Biden administration is no exception.  The people therein plan to return to the practice of Obama’s total surveillance.  Now the surveillance of “suspicious” and “objectionable” citizens, who, however, did not commit any crime, will be carried out by private companies under contract with the government.  Government law enforcement agencies must follow numerous legal procedures to conduct such surveillance.  Compared to them, private companies have much more freedom.

The left considers itself “well educated,” in contrast to dissidents – people who are “uneducated” and “narrow-minded.”  (Let us add here the widespread attribution of mental illness to dissidents – in the USSR, “forensic psychiatry” was rampant.  In America, for several years, they have tried to ascribe a diagnosis of mental illness to President Trump in absentia.)  Therefore, the joining of efforts of the leftists and criminals, which, at first glance, looks like stupidity or ideological insanity or political paranoia, is in fact just the dogma – the dogma that the left follows with preternaturally stubborn, even messianic tenacity.

The American left’s genuine sympathy for “socially close” criminals is now so apparent that no one even tries to hide it.  The harsh repression and the full gamut of persecution against the participants in the unarmed protest on January 6, 2021, cannot be compared with the absolute apathy and demonstrative indifference of law enforcement agencies to the 2018–2020 rioters.  About a hundred years have passed since the Soviet communists extended a helping hand to the “socially close” criminals.  The idea has not become obsolete since then – their American ideological followers have not deviated one iota from the plan.

At the same time, the left’s political repression has nothing personal under it.  If you are attacked by an Antifa or BLM activist (who, thanks to excellent education, does not even suspect that he is a neo-Marxist commissar), do not despair.  There are no preux chevaliers among the left or among the criminals.  This is just a business – the left-wing political business.  Neo-Marxists think America’s leftification is complete, so they turn their attention to America’s Sovietization.

May 10 marks exactly 88 years since the Bibliocaust – the first mass burning of unwanted books in the Third Reich.  By that date, the National Socialists did not yet have full unrestricted power.  Only one, Adolf Hitler, was appointed Chancellor of Germany just a few months before the events described, and he was directly subordinate to President Hindenburg.  This bright event – and not only from a political point of view – became possible thanks to the President of the Reichstag, Hermann Goering.

In the elections of March 5, 1933, the National Socialists, although they became the largest faction in the Reichstag, did not receive an absolute majority of the votes.  In a very precarious political situation, Hitler and Goering managed to persuade the Reichstag to pass the Emergency Powers Act (known as The Enabling Law) on March 27, 1933.  Through this law, the Reichstag delegated the authority to pass state laws to the Chancellor; that is, it transferred both legislative and executive powers into one hand.

But the word “persuade” is, of course, conditional here.  The fact is that the procedure for passing The Enabling Law bears a striking resemblance to the current discussions on the abolition of the filibuster in the US Senate.  The filibuster is a quorum requirement (three-fifths of all votes) to end debate on a bill and since antiquity is a cornerstone in defending the rights of political opposition.  In Germany in 1933, there were also requirements for a quorum – two-thirds of the representatives had to be present, but Goering changed the game’s rules.  He changed the voting procedure, and now absence, for no valid reason, was not counted as the basis for determining a quorum.

After gaining unprecedented power, the Nazis acted.  The deadline for the voluntary surrender of all military-grade weapons and ammunition was set at the end of March.  In March, the home of Albert Einstein was searched for firearms.  (The Nobel laureate was not present, and no weapons were found.) By the deadline, of course, not all of the firearms were handed over.  On April 4, 1933, a massive raid took place to confiscate military-grade weapons, and most of the firearms were confiscated from the Jews.  The parallels here, with the ruckus in the left-wing American press, to ban military-grade weapons at this stage are unambiguous.

Immediately after the attack on the analog of the American 2^nd Amendment to the Constitution, the National Socialists of Germany switched to the analog of the American 1^st Amendment.  In historical terms, political attacks on the freedom to bear arms and freedom of speech took place in Germany in tandem – and the parallel here with similar attacks in America today is also unambiguous.

Like the German socialists and Soviet communists before them, American socialists have concluded that weapons and words are tools too dangerous to be left to the people.

There are evident parallels between the processes in America in the 21^st century and the processes in Germany in the 20^th century.  It should be noted that there is an interesting (and still poorly researched) difference between them.  In Germany, the double attack on freedom of speech and freedom of arms was crowned with success.  However, there is the only success with the burning of books in America, more precisely, with 21^st-century expulsion from the virtual space.  If the German National Socialists worked only with physical carriers of information (there were simply no other, electronic ones), then the American Left is concentrating precisely on digital carriers.

Deplatforming, political censorship, destruction of the subscriber base, demonetization, and other methods of quashing dissent – this is not a complete list of the arsenal of the modern Left.  Perhaps we will never see mountains of burning books of “wrong” and “undesirable” authors in America.  The memory of Nazism is too strong.  The threat of a catastrophic loss of political capital stops those who created Antifa and BLM, the ersatz-Nazi, the American counterparts of the German brownshirt stormtroopers – SA.

What is striking is not so much the Left’s tactics, separated by a century, as the number of parallels (of varying degrees of closeness) between the operations in Germany and the United States.  The very existence of so many analogous aspects suggests that we really should be wary of what happened in Germany.

America should be cautious of the transformation of the Bibliocaust into the Holocaust.

A similar undertaking took several years in Germany, and it is unlikely that the American Left will be able to accelerate this process.  Moreover, American Jews are unlikely to be at the center of this scheme.  Judenization in America is much broader than in Germany, and it embraces all races, nationalities, and religions in America.

Another parallel between the described plot is that both Leftist cohorts try to act by legal methods.  Even such flagrant violations as the expulsion of the sitting President from social networks and the organization of comprehensive surveillance of him, his family, and his campaign headquarters were scrupulously framed from a legal perspective.

It took the Nazis five years to go (quite legally and quite diabolically) from Bibliocaust to Kristallnacht.  But after Kristallnacht, all semblance of legitimacy was dropped.  Kristallnacht of 1938 was about halfway between the German Leftists’ journey from the Bibliocaust to the Holocaust.  History will show whether the 2018-2020 pogroms were the middle of the road for the American Left.

In the meantime, there is a push to legalize political demands of the Left (and a corresponding process of criminalizing everyone else).  For example, we are witnessing a tectonic shift – from the fight against external terrorism, the American Intelligence services are being reoriented to the fight against “home-grown terrorism.” Translated from Newspeak, it means fighting dissidents, conservatives, and all other “undesirables.”

Noam Chomsky, one of America’s most influential Leftists, expressed this most vividly: “The smart way to keep people passive and obedient is to strictly limit the spectrum of acceptable opinion, but allow very lively debate within that spectrum – even encourage the more critical and dissident views.  That gives people the sense that there’s free thinking going on, while all the time the presuppositions of the system are being reinforced by the limits put on the range of the debate.”

We know how it all ended for the German Left, who embraced strikingly similar ideas and hatred of the dissenting intellect a half-century before Chomsky.  As for the supporters of the American Left, we emphasize that today, numerous memorial plaques devoted to the May 1933 biblioshame and Stolpersteine (cubes made from concrete and bronze dedicated to victims of the Nazis) are scattered throughout Germany.

Looking into the future? Imagine San Francisco, mid-21^st century, post-Orwellian America.  On the wall of the building that used to be the headquarters of Twitter, there is a plaque.  The inscription states: “Here was the headquarters of an organization that brazenly arrogated to itself the right to digitally execute or digitally pardon any inhabitant of the planet, including the President of the United States of America.”

Twitter, Facebook, and other official and semi-official Democrat censors are not to blame for misinterpreting Chomsky’s call for anti-constitutional acts to “strictly limit the spectrum of acceptable opinion” and a fictitious “sense that there’s free thinking going on.” Their fault lies in the fact that they understood their task exactly right and thereby paved the way to the Bibliocaust of the 21^st century. 

By historical standards, the transition from virtual Gulags to real Gulags can occur as quickly as it did a century ago.  Unfortunately, it looks like a historically unavoidable step in the ineluctable desacralization of Leftist Utopia.

Лишь один из них, Адольф Гитлер, всего за несколько месяцев до описываемых событий был назначен канцлером Германии, и находился в прямом подчинении у президента Гинденбурга. Это яркое – и не только с политической точки зрения – событие стало возможным только благодаря Президенту Рейхстага Герману Герингу.

На выборах 5 марта 1933 года национал-социалисты, хотя и стали самой крупной фракцией в Рейхстаге, но так и не получили абсолютного большинства голосов. Находясь в весьма шаткой политической ситуации, Гитлер и Геринг смогли убедить Рейхстаг принять 27 марта 1933 года Закон о чрезвычайных полномочиях. Этим законом Рейхстаг делегировал полномочия принятия государственных законов канцлеру, то есть передавал и законодательную, и исполнительную власть в одни руки.

Но слово “убедить” является здесь, конечно, условным. Дело в том, что процедура принятия Закона о чрезвычайных полномочиях имеет поразительное сходство с нынешними дискуссиями об отмене филибастера в Сенате США. Филибастер – это кворум (три пятых всех голосов) для прекращения дискуссий по законопроекту, и с античных времен является краеугольным камнем в защите прав политической оппозиции. В Германии 1933 года тоже были требования к кворуму – две трети депутатов должны были присутствовать, но Геринг изменил правила игры. Он изменил процедуру голосования, и теперь отсутствие по неуважительной причине не учитывалось как основа для определения кворума.

После получения беспрецедентной власти нацисты начали действовать.

Крайний срок добровольной сдачи всего оружия военных образцов и соответствующих боеприпасов был назначен на конец марта. В марте же прошел обыск в доме Альберта Эйнштейна на предмет конфискации оружия. (Лауреата Нобелевской премии дома не было, и никакого оружия не было найдено). К сроку сдали оружие, разумеется, не все, и 4 апреля 1933 прошел массовый рейд для конфискации оружия, причем в основном оружие изымалось у евреев. Параллели здесь с призывами в левой американской прессе о запрете на данном этапе именно военных образцов оружия однозначные.

Сразу после атаки на аналог американской 2-й Поправки к Конституции, национал-социалисты Германии переключились на аналог американской 1-й Поправки. По историческим меркам политические атаки на свободу оружия и свободу слова проходили в Германии параллельно – и параллель здесь с аналогичными атаками в сегодняшней Америке тоже однозначная.

Современные американские социалисты, как немецкие социалисты и советские коммунисты до них, пришли к выводу, что оружие и слово – слишком опасные инструменты, чтобы оставлять их народу.

Вместе с явными параллелями между процессами в Америке в XXI веке и процессами в Германии в XX веке, следует отметить интересную (и пока малоизученную) разницу между ними. Если в Германии двойная атака на свободу слова и свободу оружия увенчались успехом, то в Америке налицо лишь успех со сжиганием книг – точнее, с его аналогом в XXI веке – с изгнанием из виртуального пространства. Если немецкие национал-социалисты работали лишь с физическими носителями информации (других, электронных, еще просто не было), то американские левые концентрируются именно на цифровых носителях.

Лишение трибуны, политическая цензура, уничтожение базы подписчиков, демонетизация и другие методы подавления инакомыслия – вот неполный перечень арсенала современных левых. Возможно, мы так и не увидим горы горящих книг “неправильных” и “неблагонадежных” авторов в Америке – слишком сильна память о нацизме, и угроза катастрофической потери политического капитала останавливает тех, кто создал эрзац-нацистские американские аналоги (Antifa, BLM) немецких штурмовиков-коричневорубашечников SA.

Поразительным является не столько тактика левых, разделенных целым столетием, сколько количество параллелей (разной степени близости, разумеется) между процессами в Германии и США. Само существование такого множества параллелей наталкивает на мысль, что нам действительно следует опасаться того, что произошло в Германии.

Америке следует опасаться трансформации Библиокоста в Холокост.

Подобный процесс занял в Германии несколько лет, и вряд ли американским левым удастся этот процесс ускорить. Кроме того, вряд ли в центре этого процесса будут американские евреи. Процесс юденизации в Америке гораздо шире, чем в Германии, и охватывает все расы, все национальности, и все вероисповедания, существующие в Америке.

Еще одна параллель между описываемыми процессами состоит в том, что и те, и другие левые стараются действовать легальными методами. Даже такие вопиющие нарушения, как удаление действующего президента из социальных сетей и организация всеобъемлющей слежки за ним, его семьей, и его выборным штабом, были скрупулезно обставлены с юридической точки зрения.

Нацистам понадобилось пять лет, чтобы на легальных основаниях пройти путь от Библиокоста до Хрустальной Ночи. Но после Хрустальной Ночи всякая видимость законности была отброшена. Хрустальная Ночь 1938 года оказалась примерно в середине пути немецких левых от Библиокоста к Холокосту. История покажет, были ли погромы 2018–2020 годов серединой пути для американских левых.

Пока же в Америке налицо процесс легализации политических требований левых (и соответствующий процесс криминализации всех остальных). Например, мы являемся свидетелями тектонического сдвига – от борьбы с внешним терроризмом американские спецслужбы переориентируются на борьбу с “доморощенным терроризмом” – имеются в виду борьба с диссидентами, консерваторами, и всеми другими инакомыслящими.

Наиболее ярко это выразил один из самых влиятельных американских леваков Наум Хомский: “Разумный способ удержать людей пассивными и послушными – это строго ограничить спектр приемлемых мнений, но разрешить очень живые дебаты внутри этого спектра – даже поощрять более критические и диссидентские взгляды. Это дает людям ощущение свободного мышления, в то время как исходные предпосылки системы подкрепляются ограничениями, налагаемыми на диапазон дебатов”.

Чем закончилось все для немецких левых, которые проповедовали поразительно похожие идеи и поразительно похожую ненависть к инакомыслящему интеллекту, мы знаем. А для сторонников американских левых отметим, что по всей Германии сейчас разбросаны многочисленные мемориальные доски, посвященные библиопозору мая 1933 года, и Камни Преткновения (Штолперштайны), посвященные жертвам Холокоста.

Хотите заглянуть в будущее? Представьте себе середину XXI века, Сан-Франциско, пост-оруэлловская Америка. На стене здания, где раньше находилась штаб-квартира Твиттера, висит мемориальная доска с надписью: “Здесь находилась штаб-квартира организации, которая нагло присвоила себе право виртуально казнить и миловать любого жителя планеты, включая Президента Соединенных Штатов Америки”.  

Вина Твиттера, Фейсбука и других официальных и полуофициальных цензоров Демократической партии состоит не в том, что они неправильно интерпретировали призыв Хомского к антиконституционному “ограничению спектра приемлемых мнений” и фальшивому “ощущению свободного мышления”. Их вина состоит в том, что они поняли свою задачу как раз правильно, и тем самым открыли дорогу к Библиокосту XXI столетия.

По историческим меркам, переход от виртуальных Гулагов к реальным Гулагам может состояться так же быстро, как и столетие назад. К сожалению, это выглядит как исторически неизбежный шаг в неотвратимой десакрализации очередной левой утопии.
